I got this little outfit and was pleasantly surprised by how soft the fabric is. It feels nicer than I expected, and even after washing it once, it still feels great. I’m happy with it overall, just taking off one star because shipping took a bit longer than I hoped.

I returned an item and did get my refund in the end, so I can’t say it was a disaster or anything. But wow, it definitely took longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates and support did reply eventually, but it felt like everything was moving at half speed for no real reason. Not terrible, just kind of annoying when you’re waiting on your money back...

I’d say the prices seemed reasonable overall, at least based on what I was looking at. Nothing really felt overpriced or out of line, and the shipping cost seemed fair too, which is always something I pay attention to before placing an order. Overall, it was a straightforward and decent experience.

I’ve ordered a few things from here because the styles are really cute, but the sizing has been so inconsistent. One 3T shirt fit like it was too small, and another 3T was way too big, so it feels like I’m just guessing every time I buy something. The quality is decent enough, but the sizing really needs to be fixed. I also don’t love getting the same canned apology when there’s an issue — it doesn’t really make me feel like anything is being addressed. Unless returns get easier, I probably won’t order much more

I ordered a couple of outfits from littleragsandriches.com, and I was surprised by how nice the material felt. It’s thicker than I expected without being too heavy, and I really appreciated that it wasn’t see-through.
One of the pieces did feel stiff when it first arrived, which was a little disappointing, and I do think a quick apology or heads-up about that would’ve been nice. It softened up after a wash though, so overall I’m still happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.
